Return Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Items not eligible for return

Some products are exempt from return, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, software, video games, tapes, or opened vinyl records
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to us
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of receipt and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed, and a credit will be applied to your card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Check with your bank, as there may be a processing time.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please write to us at:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the buyer received it to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the original gift giver.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total.

Delivery time for an exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

If you're returning an item valued over $75 USD, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee receipt of your return.
